5* Development in Sesmarias

I can't remember the name of this development up by the water tower on the left before Pizza restaurant but does anyone know when it is due for completion?
We have a property literally over the road from it by where the pool is planned which we try to rent out as much as possible but have had to cancel or move a number of our guests due to the noise and dirt from it.
We were initially told it would be completed earlier this year, then it went to October this year but I believe it is still no where near complete (we have not been since July).
We are starting to get enquiries for bookings for early next year but we do not want to accept any if the buulding is going to ruin their holiday.
Does anyone know a date for completion and can building work continue indefinitely?

Hang in there! We have had our place on the statue roundabout between CVO and Sesmarias for 25 years - back then it was rural and peaceful which was the main selling point but now the town has grown up the hill and started to surround us. We had to put up with so much noise and dirt from the building of Monte Santo opposite which attracted a few complaints but now it's finished it's actually a bonus - guests have a 5* resort directly opposite with access to bars, restaurant, spa etc if they don't fancy driving into town. and our regular clients still keep coming.

Hi madge , you must live close to us, the building is still going on and a big mess. Dust everywhere every morning garden furniture and terrace filthy. They start work at 7.30 with loudest diggers so no peace which is not good saying we dont get to bed until at least 3am (bar owners). I will try to find out when it's due to be completed and also where they are planning to put the bins(noise and smell) I don't want that on door step.
