Pay as you go sim card, mainly for data.

I need to be on line frequently wherever I am and use a Wibe 3G router that can provide a good 3g signal even if your phone isn't receiving any and can give up to 21 Mbs download.
In the uk I either use 3 Network or GiffGaff both of whom offer unlimited (no fair usage policy) and cost £15.00 and £12.00 per month respectively and no contract, it's a bargain and I'm seriously considering getting rid of BT at home, it's only the free sports package that's holding me back.
So the question is do you know if any of the Portuguese networks (or their piggy back companies like our Tesco and GiffGaff etc) offer sim only, pay as you go with high or preferably unlimited data allowance, I don't need calls or texts.
If so where is the easiest place to purchase and top up and are they easily available for a visitor to buy.
And if you know the costs even better
