And, does anyone want to adopt this lovely little fellow - we already have two dogs and cant take on any more - Hubby says 'No' ...

If you look at the the little chap himself, he does not look ill-treated or malnourished when Sharon found him and took him in. He must have been a loved pet and all I can guess is that the owners are Portuguese and may not be aware that he has been found & is being looked after.

have you taken him to a vet to see if hes chipped?
