Lost or Abandoned?

Well, I still have the little black dog with me and it does not look like anyone is looking too hard for him...

So, two questions:- How long is it before he is regarded as homeless ...

And, does anyone want to adopt this lovely little fellow - we already have two dogs and cant take on any more - Hubby says 'No' ...

Come on, lets get this little chap a nice new home for Christmas..

I hope the below helps.

If you look at the the little chap himself, he does not look ill-treated or malnourished when Sharon found him and took him in. He must have been a loved pet and all I can guess is that the owners are Portuguese and may not be aware that he has been found & is being looked after.
