I looked in on the webcam this morning and noticed the small trees in the square are gone, can anyone shed any light on this?

Talking about trees........
We were driving into Alvor, yesterday morning, and the local council workman were out in force, standing up the roadside trees that were tilted over at 45 degrees from the previous nights storms.
That was some storm!!!

You have my full attention!
On the night of the destruction of Faro airport a tree was blown down in our complex pool area And I had to tighten up the aerial bracket the next day.
Was the wind much stronger than that previous storm?

Anyone know if 'our' missing trees are going to be put back into the square this year?

The trees all appear to be standing to attention in the square, much better, probably a health and safety issue, all that foliage blocking the pedestrian view, but when the parking ban comes in, the traffic through town will be quicker, yet more moans from "concerned" elf and scabies.
