Apparently closed down, what a shame, :( Was always good as a take-away option if you couldn't be bothered to cook. Whole chicken with savory rice was delicious and the nice Romanian gentleman that used to run it always gave us a drop of Port and service with a smile. :)

I wonder if the owner retired? I used it a few times and it always had customers I can't believe that tourists and regulars just stopped frequenting it large numbers. :|

They seem to open for a couple of years then shut down? why's that? do the owners put up the cost of the lease or does the Taxman get them, it's happened to a few restaurants and takeaway's in the town. :(

The rent is so high in CVO for many premises making the years trading un profitable and un sustainable. Things like the free port add to costs as he doesnt get it free.

Its a shame to see any restaurant close in Cvo empty premises dont fill visitors with confidence about a place and it tends to become epidemic. The restaurant/bar owners need to start promoting their wares and not relying on people making the journey into town, there are several good sites where they can have a dedicated page at very low cost (some even have free promotion offers) and get in peoples view before they venture to Cvo. With the right help they can be seen in very prominent places

Its competitive down in town with so many eateries and you can no longer rely on footfall. We all want to see Cvo thrive

Any owners want direction just PM me and I will help
