Confirmed: Dave appearing at the Jailhouse tonight (Wed 27th Aug). Pity we are not in CVO at the moment but we will be there last week of Sept.

Enjoyed Jailhouse last night (Friday 26th Sept) Dave was on good form, Roger played a few with him and I did a couple. All in all a good night was had by all. Looking forward to Monday (open mike night) Great to have such lovely weather in CVO - nice & hot with the beers nice & cold

Jailhouse will be open but dave told me that his last night at the jailhouse will be on This coming Wednesday. I think he has also now finished at Bistro 72. He will still be playing at Michaels in Alvor a couple of nights a week. Enjoy your stay in CVO.

Thanks AmericanPie.....we'll miss Dave at the Jailhouse, but will be interesting to see what it's like with some other people. Trouble with the Alvor place is that its a long(ish) way to drive back after.
Trust you managed to " entertain" Dave with your namesake's song...he tries to protest that he can't play it ( he can & used to ) and that its too long ( so what).

Hi Geoff.

Yes, did grind out a vertually full-length version of the song, (I just leave out the marching band bit) went down well as ever. Will probably be there on Wednesday prior to flying back to UK early on Thursday.
