Golf Courses

Post by Jack »

 I'm on my way to Carvoeiro for a week with the lads next Thursday and was just wondering what the condition Pinta and Gramacho are in. We play them every year but were slightly disappointed last year at being on some winter greens and other greens being under 10 foot of sand! (maybe not quite 10 foot). Still it didn't spoil our holiday.
Is the weather behaving itself for us or will I need a jumper.
Can't wait to get there and we are already booked in Happys for "free Willy" fish and chips on Saturday night.
Thanks in advance for any responces and I'll see you in a week.

Also played a very sandy Gramacho last summer, BUT with all the rain this winter should be very different, did not hear any adverse comments on our visit last month, the courses we played were green and very lush.
V deep rough , not seen before in the Algarve
