Fair FX Euro rate
Fair FX Euro rate
Fair FX pre-paid card Euro/Pound rate at 1.25 today - can't remember the last time it hit that level. This morning's big news clearly a driver. Have topped up for next week's visit.

Re: Fair FX Euro rate
Got my €s yesterday as busy today (packing lol). Rate better today than yesterday!!!
Spoke to exchange manager and she mentioned rate fell across currencies when announced "Yes" vote was gaining on "No" vote. Didn't take the risk of waiting for result as, living in Scotland, I saw lots of Yes posters in homes across my home town. Lots of cars with Saltire flags.

Fearing a "yes" win in Scotland and a possible devaluing of the pound, last night I went to load my cash passport with my New Zealand dollars at 1.89 NZD to the £. However, the system was under maintenance so I could get the job done. Went at lunch time today and got the NZD at 1.93 to the £ - over an extra 200.00 NZD for the amount converted - happy day. Love Scotland
