Name of a restaurant in Ayamonte.

Hello there, we are resident in England, but 7th October will be experiencing the delights of Cravoeiro, and on reading this months NEWSLETTER, in particular, page 5, it mentions a restaurant that apparently specializes in "Spanish Legs of Lamb" Can any one tell me its name please, and just how to get to it.
Many thanks. Lawrence. :?:

I noticed Nigels' reticence as well Heini!
I would love to know too, perhaps we can bribe him, I've got 5p at the bottom of my handbag, what about you?
