Cook & Eat!
Cook and Eat with French Chef Yannick who will be teaching how to make amazing dishes which you cook together and then eat at his beautiful house near Loulé. An opportunity to meet other foodies and to share a moment together!
What is Cook and Eat?
Cook and Eat is a hands-on cooking session in a small convivial group (maximum 6 participants) for any level of cook. Beginners, as well as more experienced cooks, are welcome. There will be assistants to help you at any time. You will be learning how to prepare a sophisticated delicious main course. You will be learning about the local Portuguese produce and also professional cooking techniques. The recipes will cover an international range: French, Portuguese, Italian, Asian…
The lessons are in French, but will be translated for you into English by one of the assistants.
Once the lesson and the cooking is finished, you will be eating what you have prepared. You will also be offered drinks, a dessert and coffee to round off the lovely meal.
At the end of the session you will be receiving the recipe of what your team has prepared so you can recreate it at home.

Chef Yannick organises his cooking sessions in his own beautiful home. The setting of the cooking school is amazing! A homely country house with stunning views over the sea!

A total inclusive price of 35 Euros per person is charged, which includes lesson, meal – main course and dessert, drinks and coffee.
The courses will be given regularly – approximately every ten days – on different days. The below menus are given as an indication and may change according to availability on the market.
• 11 January: Prawns spiced with Chorizo accompanied by Courgettes & Mango
• 23 January: Stuffed Chicken Ballotine with mushrooms and fresh market vegetables
• 1 February: Mi-cuit of salmon with grilled avocado
• 6 February: Duck breast with orange sauce
• 15 February: Seabass en croute de sel with citrus flavours
• 20 February: Wok of beef and Mediterranean vegetables
• 1 March: Asparagus risotto and gamba brochettes
