Bom Appetit!
Bom Appetit!
Just introduced some friends here in Oman to their first Portuguese lunch.
Home made crusty bread, sardine pate, marinated olives (managed to do without the carrots ), Chicken piri-piri, real chips, salad, queru and port! All washed down with copious quantities of Mateus of course.
Ahhh - memories!

Sounds like a great success, Sandy. Here in Edmonton/Canada we can get Macieira (most of the time) and some pasteis and pork mhhh good, but alas not the good bread. Has to do with different flour types. I alos make the sardina or tuna pate myself and my husband grills some very good pulpo. Can't wait for our winter get away Jan to End March.
