As you have always provided such brilliant cooking advice (does it help if I creep?) Do you have a easy(ish) recipe for Folar. I know its not Easter but my kids love it and my better half is having withdrawal symptons. I've pulled a few recipies off the internet but they seem quite complicated. Any more thoughts on a book of your own?

Oh no, I don't get on very well with yeast and I don't like erva doce!! Have you tried the one from Tavira, it's a sweet, not so dry, cinnamony and honey folar which is rolled up. They sell it in Intermaché usually between the freezers and along from the bread. Up North the folar is made with meats and chouriço. haven't got time to look for a recipie today but maybe tomorrow...
