Seems Rocha Brava declare all there rentals to the tax man, and if the owners do not declare it also they can get in some deep trouble, as a friend has just discovered, from a rental rocha brava did back in 2002, they declared it and he didnt, and now the finances are checking him out along with many other owners.
So Guys watch out!!

They really do! RB is obliged, they say. Tax is 25% for non residents. Don't forget deductions (Management maintainance service charges, insurance, invoices, ...)
