am looking to buy in rocha brava. How much would i be expected to pay for a T1 2 bed appartment? Also, how much is a 1/4 share on a 1 bed, and 1/4 share on a 2 bed, and finally, is anyone selling?

I have just returned from 2 weeks ar RB.
I spoke to the guy in Vernons Property at Atlantic view and he told me there was not one 1/4 share available anywhere on RB. he also said the he had only 4 properties for sale outright including a villa for 1.9 million euros

We own T2 2bedroom 1 bath up north. We are thinking about selling. Will be there in November watching the market. If you are interested let me know.
