Does anyone belong to the Home Owners Assoc?
I'm wondering if it's worth the €45 a year to belong.

Not sure why noone has answered this so, 18 months later..........
Yes they do belong and why not join?!
Not sure what the current membership is as there have been several new members joining recently but in the region of 60+ properties are represented - mostly rented properties but also residents and non-rented holiday homes.
The HOA AGM this year is on Saturday 23rd March at 4pm in Trattoria Oliveira, QdP. The AGM is preceded by an Open Meeting to which all QdP owners are welcome - so why not come along if you are in cvo then?!
